REVERENCE……

First of all, I shall pay my heartfelt gratitude to Project Happiness (Ms. Randy Taran ), since I wanted to publish this post for long but never got enough courage to do so. Project Happiness’ daily quotes and words of wisdom always made me feel “highly spirited” (Words and Words can calm me down)

This post is an attempt to showcase the art of revival that I have implemented in my life. I finally decided to write a poem for my dad , who departed from my life in February, 2018. Though I always had a desire to hold him deep in my mind that sometimes I ended up having weird encounters in dreams , where i would dismay him by calling him as ‘dead for real’ , and but still dare to proliferate in my sadness. Though I always believed in the idea of letting go, but I think I lied to myself and dishonored this idea many times….

So, I Finally got the courage to bid goodbye…!

Dear Daddy ,

Here comes my ultimatum,

where,

I am trying to revive.

The old good that happened,

even in amidst ripples of clashes….between us.

In memory I hold you always,

But today I acknowledge,

that in case for better renewal of life…

I let you go today…

in this Eclectic azure sky.

You see…

 I was greedy all along…

to keep your hold In the mind…

But today, (again) after..

all this time…

I literally found that…

you are in me and  I am in you…

Revered always just by the sight.

Look!! Where I can find you always…

I believe…

With extraordinary Reflection of my own gaze…

wide and deep.
