This article seeped deeper into my soul today! Like god gently gave this piece of work as an answer to all my worries. I don’t know if I have told you before that I started reviving soul as a part of my healing journey after my father’s demise. I loved him deeply. I had mental health problems since I was 13 when I had a hard time socializing within my community. My folks were my world and I was content with my life until everybody married off gradually with time. I felt loneliness. I started looking for myself through others. That was bizarre.

In this work of Sadhguru, I found that one should not suppress one’s passion, wants, and desires at all. Since everybody has tendencies in themselves, they should liberate them with a vision. As per Sadhguru, the more we suppress our inclinations, the more rigorous outbursts; we will face ahead of our time. It seems very true in my case. I was running from my problems, I was desperate to be loved, and I forgot to love myself down the line.

Just educate your passions, and educate your desires to flow in the right direction that is all.

This seems very easy to grasp, but for a lethargic person like me, it commences with hand sown commitment to outreach. The emotional energy that we harness in joys, sadness, and griefs, shall be utilized towards one focused attention, i.e. to make something out of our human life.

When I was growing up, I remember, I used to tell people every emotion can develop into our assigned victories.

Sadhguru taught me to have a clear focus in this article. Trust me it’s never easy. My most complicated journey was learning the art of letting go. Being liberated from my worries and set sails for my commitments. It’s never easy, and I feel for you too.

Do know that ‘simple’ need not necessarily be easy. It is just subtle and delicate. Unless you put your whole life’s energy into it, it will not open up.

But honestly, if we don’t put our hearts into our commitments, we won’t be able to nurture our dreams, and our values in life. God lies in the present moment so do our dreams. If we keep on lagging with our past burdens or ruthless anticipation from others, we won’t be able to surpass our objectives. Yes, one must have the goal to go beyond the dreams itself.

 Scary! One must be, beyond the fear lies our hidden potential.- As I write

I came a long way through reviving my soul. Whatever I am is because I could change my personality and learn from the great thinkers of the time. The idea of reviving the soul was to understand how these people created a difference in their lives and society overall. Let’s begin the change by being present, just by being present, miracles will happen!
