There is a problem of overthinkers, the category which I belong to, that we keep on rewinding the memories again and again. In this pièce de résistance of sadhguru, I get to know about how our intellect and logic shall work.
Sometimes, the simplest of things take years of wisdom to comprehend. -AS I Write
This article Sadhguru, states that the more the thinking goes, the more we tend to get sadder.
The mind acts as society’s garbage bin. Whatever it grasps from the instances it tends to replicate in over-the-top thoughts which doesn’t let us work. Whatever we feel with our five senses, is again stored in our mind. So, the thing is, all situations such as social, cultural, or religious have shaped our minds.
We could make the mind into three parts. The discriminatory dimension of the mind is called the intellect; the accumulative part that gathers information and awareness; which is called pragna. Sadhguru
So whatever the mind perceives from life might create chaos or hoity-toity perception. The garbage accumulated has only our survival significance. The ability to recycle or segregate this garbage shapes our intellect.
As per sadhguru, our sense perception gives a distorted impression of reality. Because of its comparison nature. It is not able to surface that oneness of life. Perception being distorted in nature never showcases the more precise picture.
“The whole process of yoga and meditation is just this, once you have a clear space between you and your mind it is a completely different dimension of existence.” -Sadhguru
What I learned here, is, if we somehow manage our intellect with awareness, the totality of life will change tremendously. Our ability to see with more clarity is a given here for sure. Since it may curate any influence on our emotions solely or inclusive of our shared experiences, inclusive of the state of being present in the lap of Mother Nature and its creations.
